From a tight room to the void — every speaker its own space.

THESEUS is a spatial reverb instrument built on a research-grade feedback-delay-network engine. Six characters — ROOM, CHAMBER, PLATE, HALL, CATHEDRAL and VOID — each a genuinely different building with its own acoustic fingerprint, not one algorithm wearing six names.

In immersive layouts — all the way up to 9.1.6 — the field itself becomes the instrument: separate the speakers into up to six groups and give each its own complete reverb, click any speaker on the map to sculpt the room it lives in, or split the whole field into natural zones in one move. Mono and stereo run the same engine.

The Engine

Six rooms, honestly different

Every character carries its own delay fingerprint — an intimate room that answers instantly, a fast dense plate, stone cathedrals, and the VOID: an enormous space whose decay runs far past the dial. Warm, dense and alive, engineered against the metallic ring that haunts digital reverb.

Size & Decay, decoupled

How big the space feels and how long it rings are separate moves. A tiny room with an endless tail, a vast hall that stops short — the two never interfere, at any setting.

Spatial by design

Click a speaker. Sculpt its room.

Up to 9.1.6, separable into six groups — fronts, heights, sides, rears, the LFE — each a complete reverb with its own size, decay, character, tone, gate and EQ. Bright, scooped fronts over a dark rear well is a few clicks on the map.

Motion

Random motion, the classic way

Eight independent random-walk modulators keep the tail alive without pitch wobble — the school of the great studio machines — with depth that scales itself so even minute-long tails never drift into chorus.

Tone

Shape the air

Frequency-dependent decay — lows stay tight while highs die the way air makes them — plus input shaping and an interactive output EQ you play by dragging the curve itself. All of it per group.

Reveal Gate

Gate the tail

Threshold, attack, hold and release over the reverb tail, MIDI-retriggerable, with an independent gate lane for every group — tight gated verbs, rhythmic ambience, sculpted silence.

Plus a factory library of signature spaces — BLACK HOLE, MANNA MACHINE, I REMEMBER WHEN and more — and full-state saves of your own: every parameter, every group, exactly as you dialed it.
